This is a street-legal bike equipped with a full DOT-compliant lighting package and gauges.  The Racer 140 features a full front suspension with hydraulic shocks. The rear is equipped with a swing arm and dual airbag shock absorbers. Front and rear disc brakes that provide plenty of stopping power.
